What is the Ottawa Adventure Boot Camp?
It’s a four-week comprehensive program of fitness instruction, calorie
burning fun exercises, food modification, nutritional counseling,
lifestyle coaching, diet planning, & vocal motivational training
provided by your Certified Oudoor Fitness Trainer, retired “Sarge” Rob
Harris CD2 CFC, CanFitPro, SPI, Ymca. Rob is now a certified RKC
Kettlebell Instructor with Dragon Door.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are
capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women
of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will
slightly increase in intensity. Awards and certificates are given to those who inspire others and improve the most! Suitable for all ages from beginner to advanced.
What type of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Crunches, short distance running (less than one
mile), lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope, hiking, resistance training
and push-ups, pull-ups , medicine ball training, obstacle courses, PAR
Courses, Fitness Kickboxing, and more! EVERY EXERCISE CAN BE MODIFIED
TO VARIOUS STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE LEVELS!
Where is it?
At the Terry Fox Athletic Facility, Mooneys Bay Park on Riverside and Hogsback (view map).
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
An yoga type exercise mat, water bottle, towel, Positive attitude,
running shoes, and a sense of adventure. These items can be purchased
at any local Walmart or Canadian Tire store. You will be given details prior to the start of

You will acquire a completely new body that will surely make you proud.
By participating, you will also get a FREE ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP T-SHIRT.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week* boot camp has a registration fee of $319. That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just $15.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere fitness instruction for that incredible price?
Other Options:
You can also choose to come three days out of the week during the four week camp at a discount of $100. Total cost is just $219.
We
are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. Once we

Women Only Run Camp "Alpha"
At the Women’s 2BeFit Run Camp,
you’ll lose butt. Learn how to run better. You’ll have fun and improve
your health. All you need is a pair of shoes and a passion to succeed.
Gain endurance, confidence and noticeably leaner legs.
Challenge yourself – the six weeks** will seem to fly by. After 18 workouts together with a supportive Women’s only group, you will get leaner and stronger.
