| NEW Weekend Warrior Men and Ladies Kettlebell Training Saturday ongoing classes.
Open to all, men and ladies, all fitness levels. Learn the latest techniques to get the ulitmate bod. You will gain incrediable strength, balance, flexibility, cardio, iron core abs and learn a new challenging exercise that will always test you. Try a few classes and you will start to see changes, become a Hard Living Comrade. |
Winter we are indoors at McNab Rec Center, Bronson and Gladstone, 180 Percy.
This is an on-going training group, you can join any time for a great workout and learn something new. Drop-in fee once is only $10.00.
We will move outdoors when the snow is gone, hmmm maybe in May haha. Class goes all year , I take a break in Aug. Try a class and see for yourself, you will be sore, don't say I didn't warn you. |

You have limited time, well Ok this camp is 3 days a week, Same tuff workouts but you only come Mon, Wed and Fri mornings. You must try it to beleive how much you can do. You are strong, you just don't know it yet. |

All Outdoors at Mooneys Bay, Terry Fox Facility. We will use the track, the park, the beach, the incline of terrain and local park trails. Its so beautiful in the fall. |

What is it?
A four-week program of fitness instruction, motivational training, fun exercises, functional workouts, always different, always challenging, instructed by Rob Harris. A Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will ANYBODY go home UNCHALLENGED! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: crunches, short distance running (less than one mile), hill lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope, hiking, medicine ball training, obstacle courses, push-ups, surprises, and more!
